Tassel deco die 2 diesThis is a neat set of dies. It actually cuts fringes in your cardstock then you wind your cardstock to make the tassel and hang from your card. This set has the diagonal fringe to give your tassles a little bit of layering at the bottom. The straight edged fringe is die number LR0390.
