Cosmic Shimmer Ultra Sparkle Paste is a water-based texture gel packed full of high quality glitter, which contains a mix of different size particles that add even more sparkle and textured to any craft project. Apply with a palette knife through stencils to create dimension, or with a brush to create ultra sparkle paint. Pot Size: 50mL
