Cosmic Shimmer Pixie Burst 25ml

An intense dry powder mix for creating bursts of multi-coloured effects on any porous surface.  Gently tap the powder onto wet card, use with a wet brush or sprinkle onto a dry surface and mist with water.  Mix the colours together or add them to other Cosmic Shimmer products, such as texture pastes and embossing powders to create amazing effects.  Ideal for card making, scrapbooking, water colouring, stencilling and more.
