Cosmic Shimmer Luna Paste is a texture paste which has a unique formulation layering large pieces of mica that give even more shimmer and texture to any craft project. The luminescent effect changes in different lights. Apply with a palette knife through stencils to create dimension or with a brush to create ultra sparkle paint.

Please Note that most of the Cosmic Shimmer product is water-based and therefore could be affected by colder temperatures. This includes time in transit. Please take this into consideration when placing your order in the months of January and February.
